[ Landfill Installation ]
[ 1MW Landfill Package ]
Where low vibration and a high power to weight ratio is
an advantage, we offer gas turbines powered by Solor Turbines Inc. Our gas
turbine units have been supplied across Europe and other parts of the World for
operation on a variety of fuels to generate electricity with heat recovery for
steam production in paper mills, chemical plants, textile factories and other
heating schemes.
Our gas turbine package is completely flexible to meet the various energy requirements of the customer. We can supply the standard gas
turbine requirements of the customer. We can supply the standard gas turbine
generator for standby operation through to a turnkey CHP plant with fuel
treatment and complete heat recovery units.
Solar gas turbines come with low maintenance and high
reliability minimizing down time and reducing operational costs.
Low exhaust emissions can be achieved by the inclusion
of water injection or SoLoNOx lean burn combustion systems, meeting the most stringent
environmental standards for air quality.
Gas Engine
The Dale Gas Power range encompasses a selection of gas
engine units providing a total energy system. Our units can run on a variety of
fuels from matural gas, to sewage gas fuels. Many of our units currently operate
on un-manned landfill sites around the UK, with their operation remotely
monitored at our offices in Filey.
Joint ventures between Genergy and some of the world
leading gas engine manufacturers form the basis of our comprehensive gas engine
CHP range. The current CHP units range from 40kW to 3.3 MW incorporating the
following engines of MDE, Deutz, Caterpillar and Rolls Royce.
Quality and Design

Management System
Controlled documented procedures form an integral part of our management
system covering material procurement through to after sales services such as
spare parts and service.
The Quality Systems of Genergy are continually audited to ensure they are
still effective and where necessary identify areas for improvement.
It is by adoption and adherence to our Quality Management Systems that we can
maintain and improve our performance in addressing the needs of our customers
and provide the level of confidence necessary to ensure customers continually
place orders with Genergy.
Quality Assurance
[ Genergy Tesing a High Voltage Generator ]
Genergy operated in accordance with a Quality Management System that has been
designed and approved to comply with the requirement of BS EN ISO 9001. This
Quality System applies to all the product brands designed and manufactures at
our Filey facility.
The systems employed ensure that contracts are received reviewed and executed

throughout the company.
Controls exist to ensure designs are created in a timely manner by qualified
engineers.
Processes are carefully managed to guarantee products are delivered that
comply with agreed specifications.
Quality Built in
It is our policy to select only those suppliers approved on their ability to
continually provide products and services meeting the required standards and
specifications. All materials are strictly controlled from procurement through
to incorporation into the end product.
Tools and equipment used in the manufacture and test of all our products are
maintained in a calibrated system that provides traceability to National
Standards. Standard testing procedures are in place for our test engineers to
strictly follow. Special testing procedures can also be developed to meet
individual contract requirements. All test data is recorded and provided with
each generating set package.
