Heat
Similar to the sun, radiant (or infrared) heaters heat people and objects
rather than air or space. Radiant heat is less affected by drafts and large air
movements - it passes through the air to heat floors, walls, machinery and people.
This makes radiant heaters ideal for outdoor and high ceiling heating
applications. They are also ideal for spot heating cold areas like shipping
docks; for protecting valves, pumps, and machinery from freezing; and thawing
frozen pipes and
also to heat floor and wall surfaces during construction to avoid the need to heat the entire space.
They are great for temporary smoking areas during special events, modeling shoots, and entrance-ways.
Radiant heaters generate no noise, fumes or flames.

- Each fixture emits 4,400 BTU’s (1,300 watts) of heat
- Requires 10.9 amps per fixture (plug into a 120 volt outlet)
- Standard set up is two heaters per stand; however, heaters can be removed from stand or can be delivered with four per stand
- Set up only takes a few minutes
- Tripod adjustable to 12 feet tall
- Projects heat approximately 9 feet
